BATTLE OF MANHATTAN: Possible Paramilitary, Idle Police Spotted During 2020 NYC BLM Looting

If the American Revolution started with The Shot Heard Round the World, let this be The Ass Shot Seen Round the World.

This was the first image of interest seen within 15 minutes of the Army of Love conducting an investigation into expected looting the night of June 1, 2020. It was the night New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio had just instituted an 11 o'clock curfew for following the alleged killing of George Floyd on May 25, after Black Lives Matter protests had reportedly turned violent.
Sometime between 8 and 9 p.m. the Army of Love headed into Manhattan, and after heading down 14th St. past Union Square, spotted this large, well-built man rummaging through equipment near Bleeker St. and 6th Avenue. What is most striking about the image taken from our video is the large sheathed knife visible on his right side in a city that has a law against carrying blades over four inches in length. Also, the strap on his left upper thigh, and the hoard of gear he is moving items from, from the cargo carrier atop his vehicle to the large bags on the ground suggest he could be a paramilitary member as was verbalized by our cameraman.
Besides the mysterious armed man pictured - clearly not a uniformed police officer - in the videos that follow you will eventually see a caravan of young African Americans scrambling to hide in their cars and drive away upon noticing we were filming, which were all right down the block from another line of five to ten parked NYPD vehicles with officers inside and lights on, while what appeared to be multiple robberies or staged robberies took place nearby that were not being responded to. You will see a camera crew filming one of those lootings. You will see what appear to be lookouts at the corners of various streets, and seemingly unnecessary blocked off roads at various locations. These may be associated with events that would occur later in the evening, after curfew, that other news outlets would report on, including the alleged shooting of one man that will be covered later in this article.
It is important to note the cameraman plays a key role in this story, as he knew the area of Manhattan much better than the driver and guided him as to where to turn based on what he said were previous news reports of looting that had occurred into the days leading up to the night of June 1.
We invite you to follow along our story of images and captions describing key moments as you view the videos taken that night, bearing in mind the cameraman is no longer associated with the Army of Love. His story will be explained later, though his identity will remain concealed for now as we appreciate his good work that evening and respect his privacy. It is not known whether the cameraman had foreknowledge of where events would be taking place and whether that affected his navigating, nor whether he is associated with any groups or organizations. At the time, he was simply a friend who agreed to volunteer his time to document events that evening.
Please disregard the dates and times on these videos as we are amateurs and did not reset them on the camera to what was appropriate. The camera was also not set to its maximum 4k HD resolution setting making many details such as license plates and faces less clear. This was simply a mistake, but it allows the viewer to focus more on the general context of what he or she is viewing.
The videos are presented unedited and in their entirety as independent journalism and as objective source material, without opinion, so that viewers and readers might form their own. Any opinions verbalized during the video do not reflect the opinions of the Army of Love, which operates from the Socratic paradox: The only true wisdom is knowing you know nothing. We simply attempted to seek truth and document that evening and ultimately adhered to the 11 o’clock curfew.
The Army of Love encourages fellow truth seekers to share this story with as many as possible and to not be afraid to follow their intuition, knowing that they can legally always film or take pictures in public. Today, anyone with a cell phone and a conscience is a potential journalist. We believe pure objective journalism is still possible in today's world, and necessary to enhance public discourse and hold authorities accountable for their actions.
We apologize for not releasing this and other stories sooner, which happened for many reasons that will be explained over time. In light of recent events and the overall state of our nation and the Freedom of Speech, we felt this and other stories had to be released. The Army of Love is not affiliated with any groups, political or otherwise, and seeks to be a known as an honest refuge for objective independent journalism and other creative works, offering a separate perspective from the mainstream media that other truth seekers can potentially trust and confide in with their own content in the future.
VIDEO #1:
7:14 - Bleeker and 6th. Man seen getting something out of the overhead storage bin of a minivan with tinted windows and a NY license plate on Bleeker and 6th.

7:17 - He adds whatever he grabbed to other equipment in a bag or other storage unit on the ground outside the vehicle.

7:20 - “Whatchya got there?” asks our camerman, which was met with no response. Paramilitary would be specially trained not to respond, our cameraman suggests, moments later. Paramilitary is defined by Wikipedia as "a semi-militarized force whose organizational structure, tactics, training, subculture, and (often) function are similar to those of a professional military, but is not formally part of a country's armed forces." Paramilitary groups may include the CIA Special Activities Center, but may also include "illegal military" groups such as militias, freedom fighters, insurgents or terrorists.

7:21 - Putting something back into the overhead compartment.
7:23 - Stops to turn and look at us with a clenched fist.

7:24 - Opens clenched fist as if he wants to tell us to put the camera down or to relax himself and not say anything, as if trained to do so.

7:26 - The man bends down to continue working, revealing a clear shot of an at least six-inch sheathed knife on his right side. His pants appear to be possibly camouflage or khaki with a black equipment strap around his upper left leg. There may be someone in the black car behind him in the drivers seat but it’s hard to tell. This car disappears later.

7:33 - He stops what he was doing and takes one last look at us as we drive away.

9:52 - An FDNY truck pushes us out of the way in the area of Noho where little action appeared to be happening, but where reports had said looting had happened previously. At that point we were very close to the location where a man would allegedly be shot later at around 12:30 after we were gone, the response for which was handled by the FDNY.
9:59 - Many lights of emergency vehicles are seen down the road the fire truck behind us wants to head to, which may be very close to the exact location the aforementioned shooting would occur later that night, which was three blocks away from where we spotted the possible paramilitary member.

10:04 - Two men appearing to be possibly standing guard outside a grocery store that seems closed, down the street from where emergency vehicles are and heading.

10:53 - Our camerman says (concerning the possibly paramilitary member), “This dude had a bag, it looked like some fucking ammunition up in there.”
11:50 - A line of police SUV’s observed at the corner of Broome St. and 6th Ave. as we head back to where what appeared to be a paramilitary member was seen.

12:56 - A person, either a woman wearing stockings or a man wearing shorts can be seen slowly moving a cart of equipment oddly across the middle of the street at the corner of Sullivan St. and Spring St., very close to where an alleged shooting would take place later that night.

13:14 - A random, possibly grey bearded man is seen rollerblading while on his cell phone as we continue up Sullivan. Note that throughout either video, often particularly where people are congregating, people on skateboards, bicycles, scooters and the like will be seen.

13:15 - Two other men are seen randomly on Sullivan, one appears to be texting while another is simply standing there staring at us.
13:35 - We reach the corner of Sullivan St. and Prince St. where multiple fire trucks are stationed for no apparent reason, and a bevy of people stand in the streets. A firefighter stands in place as if frozen, doing and saying nothing, like the people on each corner who do little more than look at us.

13:56 - A buzzsaw-like sound is heard.
15:19 - A curious vehicle drives by with an overhead compartment on the roof, and some writing in bold capital letters on its doors, though it’s hard to make out whether this is a police vehicle or something else. Our camerman says, “Mobile weather lab,” possibly something he read on the side of it.

15:23 - A large box truck with no markings for a particular company, is seen with a tube outside the back that heads into the sewer. Odd work hours especially considering the upcoming curfew. No workers are seen. A strange red marking, possibly graffiti, can be seen on the back right side of the vehicle.

15:49 - A man is seen standing still in the subway entrance outside Houston Hall. Two others walk slowly next to each other at the corner. Others are spotted on the opposite corner, possibly establishing a lookout perimeter.

15:55 - A man appearing to head down into the subway across the street appears to stop, turn and look at us.

16:07 - A strange, seemingly older man stands frozen, looking down at the ground while holding a large white bag full of something as we prepare to head down Bleeker St. again. He is also holding a yellow cup with his thumb. The car he blocks the license plate of has tinted windows. He may just be a drunk, but it was odd how he kept absolutely still and silent. We regret not attempting to communicate with him. His shoes appear to be of good quality.

16:09: Really look at his face here. It looks like a very wrinkled old man or that he's possibly wearing a mask.

17:25 - Our camerman says, “News stories don’t just happen. People make them happen.” He then refuses a mask to conceal his identity. "What have I got to hide?"
18:56 - An unmarked white van, other than an interesting decal on its front driver side door, is seen with its back open and someone is visible in the drivers seat.

19:01 - The camera turns to reveal the inside of the van that was open, no people seem present outside the vehicle.

19:14 - At the corner, before we head back down Bleeker, a man and woman cross the street and the man is holding an object that looks like a rectangular wooden board or something to that effect.

19:30 - Our camerman notices a “security guard walking by” - seen off screen - and remarks, “And he didn’t notice anything, so obviously this guy is a trained professional, whoever he is,” concerning the possible paramilitary member.
19:39 - A man who may have been the “security guard” he mentioned, crosses the street as our camerman says, “Just observing the neighborhood,” which he does not respond to, though he gives a long look at us as he crosses. His hands may be clothed in white gloves. As this picture shows them matching the color of his mask before he gets into direct light of the headlights of our car.

20:32 - We return to the van of the suspected paramilitary member with the overhead compartment. Our camerman comments, “He is out. But the van is on. He’s in the van. We gotta get outta here,” though the taillights do not appear to be on. The black car that was behind it earlier, that may have had a driver inside, is gone. Multiple fire trucks pass by with lights on and sirens blaring as our camerman directs me to go left rather than back south into the Noho neighborhood.

21:57 - A white car, possibly seen earlier in the video passes by with its driver’s side window down and someone inside possibly observing us.

22:20 - Another tinted window vehicle passes us by with its window down, with someone inside, possibly observing us. It appears to be a female who waves to us, and our camerman responds with, “Hello.” someone is seen in the passenger seat as an ambulance with lights on and sirens blaring passes by us on the left.

23:15 - The corner of Sixth Ave. and 14th St. westbound appears blocked off by police vehicles. Many pedestrians and bicyclists are seen congregating on the corner.

23:49 - A Verizon store appears looted. A small white car with lights on waits outside. One of at least three orange traffic cones with a black trim seen throughout both videos outside stores being looted or stores to-be looted is visible.

23:52 - A large man, possibly wearing a military style vest but not necessarily a police uniform is visible. A black unmarked car with whom our cameraman later decides has a cop inside is stopped randomly in the middle of the street. Numerous authority figures including those with NYPD jackets intermingle with young African Americans who show no signs of being under arrest.

24:00 - A group of about ten pedestrians is seen on the corner of 6th Ave. and W. 18th. A black SUV is parked the opposite way directly in front of another car with its rear door open. One man is interacting with someone in the passenger side of the vehicle is possibly wearing camouflage pants and a black vest. The white car it is in front of may be the same make and model vehicle observed possibly two other times during this video. The man in the black vest is possibly armed but does not appear to be a standard police officer. He is beside at least two people who do not appear to be authority figures but also do not appear to be under arrest.

24:08 - A man’s NYPD jacket can be seen. A black SUV stops shy of the light rather than pulling all the way up to us. Everyone appears to be looking away from us. Audio can be heard of someone possibly saying, “Fuck, yeah, yeah, we’re on this thing. Don’t worry about it.”

24:19 - The tinted-window SUV slowly pulls up next to us with its windows down, but the driver keeps his face hidden with his arm while they sit in silence and his passenger looks away, though he appears to be wearing a black cap and a badge is possibly visible on the upper left of his chest. As they roll forward the man’s face can be partially seen.

24:48 - Face of the last man to leave the previous Verizon "looting."

25:08 - Our cameraman man suggests we tell the police about the possible paramilitary member we observed earlier and believes he’s identified the men in the black unmarked SUV as cops.
26:03 - The SUV appears to have driven off in another direction before we could get their attention. We reach a merge that will take some time to get through and our cameraman turns off the camera before starting the second video shortly after.
VIDEO #2:
33:21 - Our cameraman, making an observation before starting the second video says, “Did you see how sneaky that dude pulled out a bat? He just grabbed it right off the top of the phone (Possibly referring to the digital information console thats visible). It wasn't even like a bat, it umm... it looked like some kind of stick (possibly an expandable baton, which are illegal in NYC but often used for breaking glass when looting).”
34:25 - A man with no mask and a water bottle grabs his junk and is seen observing us. Our cameraman says, “There are some people who seem to be genuinely protesting, but then there are some people on a whole ‘nother path, so... maybe, maybe.”

34:59 - A strange loud bang is heard while driving over a manhole cover. Afterwards, our camerman says, “Fuck it, fuck it.”
Our driver then says, “Did you hear that?
“What?” the camerman asks.
“What did I just run over?” the driver says.
“Just a pothole, nothing crazy.”
“There’s shit on the ground. Some green shit. What is that?” Says the driver. (We're not sure what the driver was referring to as nothing green appears visible, though he may be referring to green fliers that are seen clearly littered across the ground in a later part of this video).

35:54: We pass a group of men in all black at least one wearing what appears to be a ski mask who appears to possibly yell, “Stop recording!” as we pass by and our cameraman remains frustrated that we did not slow down.
Our driver observes, “They don’t look like they’re gonna be home by 11.”
“No, says our cameraman. “I wonder where they get those outfits. They all have the same black outfits,” our cameraman observes.

40:11 - Two men appear to possibly be cleaning up a mess after possible looting of a liquor store on West 4th St. The sidewalk appears wet.

40:29 - We come to police that we’re looking to tell about the armed man we saw, but our cameraman says, “We’ll have to follow them. I don’t wanna tell them here because that guy might be out on the streets.”

41:32 - Jimi Hendrix’s “All Along the Watchtower” comes on 104.3 FM as we near Cafe Wha where he was first discovered. We just felt this coincidence was worth mentioning.
42:28 - Graffiti’d rented tractor trailer spotted with a large yellow arrow sign pointing to the right at the corner of McDougal and W 3rd St. Multiple cops pass heading east on Bleeker ahead with lights on and sirens blaring.

42:57 - Parked black SUV with lights on, on the corner of Bleeker and Sullivan.

43:09 - Parked RV spotted. at around Bleeker and Thompson. NYC has a law that doesn't allow for parking RV's for more than 24 hours. We wanted to highlight vehicles that could possibly be used as mobile headquarters for operations.

43:11 - Rest of Bleeker St. randomly closed off for no apparent reason.

43:14 - Excess barricades seen as we head down Thompson.

43:37 - Two men who may be authority figures seen crossing Houston at Thompson St. One man is holding a large bag in his left hand. Two dump trucks are visible across the street.

46:55 - As we continue to try and find a police officer to report the possible paramilitary member to, our camerman says, "I just don't feel like dealing with everything right now... staying on the phone, yada, yada, yada, yada," implying he may have been operating his cellphone while filming with our camera in the other hand the whole time. It is important to keep this in mind when we explain more about our camerman later in conjunction with the overall context of this story.
46:56 - Our cameraman continues, "I'm not trying to get diced up in all this. Whatever they got going on. That guy (possible paramilitary member) might be with the police for all I know! They might wrap my ass up and go, 'Hey, this guy's trying to fuck up our whole plan,' you know? Who knows how far these, uh... Zionists got this wrapped up." Again the opinion expressed here is not the opinion of the Army of Love, and it's important to remember this comment in conjunction with the backstory on our camerman that will be explained later.
47:36 - Roadblocked off at Washington Square S and Laguardia Pl. Perhaps that’s what those dump trucks earlier were potentially for. Man outside the trucks turns away from us as if to not be seen.

47:41 - Three Public Safety SUVs are seen along Washington Square S.

50:50 - Our Camerman says, “You need to make a left here, you hear me?” As he directs me back into the fray rather than leaving for home. Many are seen on foot or bike at the end of Astor Pl. where it appears at least two lootings occurred.

51:14 - A Fed Ex window appears shattered. Two men are seen on the street outside of it. One appears caucasian with a cap on, the other may be holding a baton. One of the two men could be heard audibly saying either, “We gotta get outta here,” or “They gotta get out of here,” but it’s hard to make out.

51:20 - A cone sits outside with something black wrapped around its base. It is one of at least three cones visible throughout both videos with a black base, possibly marking where storefronts should be smashed. Here, a number of young men may be looting what may be a Pret a Manger on Astor Pl. It appears to be a mix of different people. One cyclist is just standing there watching. Another caucasian possibly in a hoodie stands still staring at us.

51:36 - An African American man on the corner yells something to the looters.

52:17 - Footage of a footlocker being robbed on Broadway. Multiple professional photographers and videographers are seen capturing the event. This is the best example of looting that appears to be possibly staged for the camera we encountered. This same Foot Locker would be seen perfectly boarded up just days later during a BLM rally in Washington Square Park as if it never happened. Notice there's not a lot of product coming out of the store and it's partially boarded up still? Why would so many people be standing idle during a looting? There appears to be a director of some sort making hand motions to the person in the white, black and blue shirt in the foreground of the group. The cameraman gets very upset the driver did not stop here for a longer period of time, though our driver maintained a strict "no unnecessary stopping" policy throughout the night for safety.

53:28 - Another corner store is seen being possibly looted with at least two people outside, this time with black SUV on the sidewalk with its hazards on. A possible motorcycle with a bright light on is seen facing the wrong direction on the one-way Broadway.

54:35 - A number of people seen inside the Bank of America near Houston and Broadway.

55:20 - Just down the block from where at least three possible lootings are happening, the Red-jacketed Guardian Angels group forms a line into the street but don’t completely block it. The non-profit was formed in 1979 by Curtis Sliwa in NYC for unarmed crime prevention, where volunteers are trained to make citizen arrests against violent crimes, particularly in the subway system. Most appear to look away from us. It’s hard to say whether the number of men in black on the corner are authorities just watching the aforementioned group break into the Bank of America or whether they’re somehow involved.

55:22 - Man on a dirt bike is seen.

55:44 - The caucasian man looks at us while everyone else looks away.

56:07 - Three people calmly stand at the end of Broome St. where looting is occurring on Broadway.

56:24 - A bespectacled man in a black Grand Cherokee on Broome St. appears to roll his window down and might be surveying the scene in front of him in some sort of administrative or advisory role. He or someone else appears to honk as if to give a warning. The profile of someone in the passenger seat is visible.

56:36 - Man on bike in a red flannel inspects who we are.

56:46 - a large group of men involved in what we at first thought was looting, though it remains unclear if that’s what they were doing - appear more afraid of us than we should be of them. Two of them look back at either those in the Black Cherokee or the man in the red flannel. Someone gives the word for them to hide and disperse. They panic and begin hiding their faces, hurrying into cars, or running across the street. Someone is heard yelling something just prior to this happening, perhaps, “Move!” An SUV with a license plate from somewhere other than NY is seen to the right. They honk all kinds of horns.

57:06 - A man on the street appears to yell either, “Camcorder!” or “Camera recording!” A cyclist turns his head away.

57:43 - We make a right down Sullivan St., and a line of nearly 10 cop cars with lights on is waiting and not responding to any of the nearby looting. One of the cars we had just passed appears to turn down the block with the cops, speed around us and head to the front of the line to urgently speak to one of the officers there.

57:55 - A tall African American officer is seen exiting his squad car.

A caucasian officer outside the left side of his squad car lifts his right arm up to his face as if yelling but no yelling is heard. He later looks like he's talking through his radio to someone ahead and eventually lowers his arms. Two more cars go around us, possibly including the Grand Cherokee with what appeared to be supervisors of the bevy of cars ahead of them on the previous block.

This is where our driving investigation would end. We pulled over and gave that cop any and all detail they would need to find and possibly apprehend the armed man we saw. No news reports the next day indicated anything was done to apprehend him. The cop seemed unsure of what to do in this situation. At one point he wanted to see our video but we said it would be complicated to pull up and we'd have to transfer it to another device to be able to see the license. We used a GoPro style camera where the screen would've been little bigger than his thumb and any details would've been hard to make out, especially a license plate. We expected immediate action in response that did not happen.
Unfortunately, our camerman turned off our camera during the extended conversation with the officer we spoke to, but overall, there seemed to a lack of urgency in response to our report that we had witnessed what could be a possible paramilitary member that could possibly be wielding a small arsenal. We did not get his name or badge number, nor ask him why so many police cars were all lined up on that block, just down the street from a small fleet of nice cars with young, mostly African American men driving them and that possible supervisor Grand Cherokee and what they might all be working together on.
We had heard about the protest march coming from Barclay's Center in Brooklyn, which began with a large group of Black Lives Matter protesters and a large number of cops at that location, before they marched over the Brooklyn Bridge into Manhattan, but decided we had seen enough for one night and we wanted to respect the 11 o'clock curfew that was in place. They let us go and we headed home, knowing we had drawn enough attention to ourselves.
Blacklivesmatter.com defines Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation Inc., as "a global organization in the US, UK, and Canada, whose mission is to eradicate white supremacy and build local power to intervene in violence inflicted on Black communities by the state and vigilantes. By combating and countering acts of violence, creating space for Black imagination and innovation, and centering on Black joy, we are winning immediate improvements in our lives."
The Black Lives Matter Wikipedia page states in its "Funding" section, that Politico reported in 2015 that "The Democracy Alliance, a gathering of Democratic-Party donors, planned to meet with leaders of several groups who were endorsing the Black Lives Matter movement." The Democracy Alliance, according to its Wikipedia page, is "a network of progressive donors who coordinate their political donations to groups that the Alliance has endorsed. Members of the Democracy Alliance include billionaires George Soros and Tom Steyer."
Overall, according to the "Funding" section of Black Lives Matter on Wikipedia, The Economist, reported that "between May 2020 and December 2020, donations to Black Lives Matter related causes amounted to 10.6 billion dollars."
At 12:30 that evening of June 1 in Manhattan, a shooting occurred near Spring and Crosby Streets, within the confines of many of the roadblocks were placed beforehand. No news reports were released concerning action taken toward the possible paramilitary man matching the description of the possible paramilitary man we captured on film just blocks away from where that shooting took place. A response video was released by the FDNY showing that can be viewed here.
According to reports the man was shot in the back. During the FDNY response video the man makes no sound as he's taken away in a stretcher, with a small wound on his leg. He appears to attempt to cover his face multiple times during the video.
The next day Governor Andrew Cuomo would start a war of words with Mayor de Blasio, saying the night was proof that the NYPD can't do its job and he should've accepted The National Guard that was offered to him. We never saw one arrest though reportedly 700 were made. We never saw heavy scale looting (in terms of looters leaving with large amounts of product with any sense of urgency), or heard store alarms going off.
To understand the full context of the story, some back ground on our camerman must be known as it may affect the overall story, while still maintaining as much anonymity as possible as the Army of Love promises to do for all its future sources unless otherwise desired by the source. The only reason we are giving details on his backstory here, is because it affects the overall context of the story.
As reported at 46:55, our cameraman stated, "Who knows how much these, uh... Zionists got this wrapped up." Again, this is not the opinion of the Army of Love, which holds no opinions and operates from the Socratic paradox that "the only true wisdom is knowing that you know nothing."
The camerman originally met a member of the Army of Love in a public place where people could still gather during the COVID-19 restrictions in NYC. A friendship was sprung up over a mutually shared hobby. The cameraman originally wanted to focus only on that hobby with the befriended member of the Army of Love, stating clearly that he did not want to be friends though the two had met multiple times previously in his apartment, which could be considered a luxury suite that he lived in with no roommates. The cameraman was very adamant on multiple occasions that his personal business should not be disclosed to strangers publicly, such as having a luxury apartment.
The cameraman was of Eastern European descent and spoke Russian fluently, though he claimed to grow up in the United States. On multiple occasions he made statements such as claiming that Zionists have much more power in Russia than most Americans realize. His work he claimed to do had him working at high profile political events including the Donald Trump Presidential acceptance speech celebration that took place in 2016 and others he worked for Trump. He claimed he was always ultimately supervised by someone who was an Hasidic Jew. At one point he said Jewish people started the slave trade going in America through deals they made with African tribal leaders for captured prisoners that were otherwise going to be executed. He would randomly turn on YouTube videos on the massive flatscreen in his apartment on subjects such as how Google was initially funded at least partially by the CIA, which means it ultimately has control over it. It is not known whether the camerman did this to build trust with the befriended member of the Army of Love, knowing the befriended member of the Army of Love had an interest in overall truth-seeking and at least studying Zionism to gain a better understanding of it based on earlier conversations.
The friendship at one point took them to a recreational family event with the cameraman's friends and family, where the befriended member of the Army of Love met his parents, though it is unclear - from simply not remembering - whether the camerman's father at that event was his biological father or stepfather.
Months later, long after the investigation you have just read about - at a small social gathering in NYC - the cameraman, the befriended member of the Army of Love and several of the camerman's friends who were either Russian, spoke Russian, were Jewish, or perhaps all three celebrated. One of them asked the befriended member of the Army of Love if he was Jewish. Later, one of them asked the camerman the same, and though the initial answer remains unclear, it was overheard by the befriended member of the Army of Love that the camerman stated his father and grandmother live in Tel Aviv.
On a side note, Wix.com that was used to make this website - because as we said early on, we at the Army of Love are authentic amateurs - is headquartered in Tel Aviv. Should anything happen to this website following this article's publication, this knowledge may add an additional layer of context to this overall story.
Back to the gathering... The camerman stating his father and grandfather lived in Tel Aviv did not mesh with previous statements he had made about Zionists, so upon hearing this the befriended member of the Army of Love immediately questioned him in front of the others there, which was met with an awkward silence followed by something to the effect of, "Sometimes I have trouble explaining things," by the camerman. The issue was left alone the rest of the night and the two went home.
A couple days later, the befriended member of the Army of Love brought up the issue asking for the cameraman to explain in more detail about his father and grandfather living in Tel Aviv considering his overall criticism of Zionism, which was at first met with a curt response and the cameraman wishing the befriended member of the Army of Love well before blocking all communication with him.
We leave you with your thoughts on all this to form your own opinions on this important night in New York City history. June 2, de Blasio extended the NYC curfew for the rest of the weekend and moved its curfew time from 11 p.m. to 8 p.m.
We at the Army of Love encourage others to question authorities and the media, seek their own truth and know that we will be an honest voice for those wishing to come forward with additional information concerning this or any other events where their anonymity will be respected and kept private.
